Owner / Manager
Bill is the owner and manager of the business, having purchased it in March of 2018. He has lived in the Houston area since 1985 and is a graduate of the University of Houston. He has had a successful career in manufacturing operations and has also owned and operated another self storage facility. Bill strongly believes in running the business with integrity, fairness, and respect. He realizes that satisfied customers are the key to success and strives to ensure that customer needs are met. He also sincerely appreciates the men and women who serve our country and community and offers discounts to the military (active and retired), police officers, firefighters, teachers, and the clergy.
Many of our tenants likely remember Ashly. She used to run the former At Home Climate Storage for her boss before I purchased the business in March of 2018. I worked with Ashly very closely before and after the closing date and it was obvious that she was very passionate about the self storage business. I have retained Ashly on a contract basis to perform various marketing activities for me. She will be reaching out to local businesses and to real estate agents, apartment managers, etc. to get the word out about our business and drive more rentals. She will also interface with the Longview Chamber of Commerce.
Our Storage Assistant
Alec had previously been doing some work at the facility when it was known as At Home Climate Storage and I decided to retain him. He will be performing a daily site check in the mornings. This entails walking the property to see if anything needs attention, clean things up, and make sure that all units are properly locked. If someone has moved out, he will clean and prepare the unit for rental. He will also perform routine maintenance tasks periodically and do a thorough facility cleaning weekly. If someone wants to view the facility and unit(s) before renting, Alec will call and schedule a time to meet at the facility. He can answer your questions and will be able to process any required paperwork to complete the move-in process.
